I used to think everything was black and white. Wrong or right. Well the more I live the more I realize there is a hell of a lot of gray area between those two. At this point in time you simply cannot successfully deport every illegal immigrant living in this Country. There are too many of them and they are to imbedded in the economy of this Nation. If you can’t see the damage that would to to our economy then you don’t know much about the economy. Who is going to replace them!!! Plus, what are we gonna do with their minor children who were born here and like it or not are citizens.

So here is my plan. Feel free to disagree.

1. Definitely run down the felony committing ones and deport.
2. Strengthen the border and stop all future illegal immigration as much as possible.

3. Make the process of getting them at least a work visa relatively simple.

4. Key point in plan- DO NOT MAKE THEM GO HOME AND RE ENTER THE COUNTRY TO DO SO.
Instead, use the resources that were gonna be used for mass deportations and set up local green card offices throughout the Country. Lets get them in the system. They pay income tax, get Drivers Licenses snd insurance. Develop a data base of who has registered and provide them proof. If after adequate time, maybe 2 years, if you do not have at least a green card and still remain here, you get deported.

Nope. The American Dream Act and the bad loans caused the housing market to crash. The housing market crashing is what caused the recession.

My point is, it doesn’t matter why the housing market crashes… the result of a recession is the same.

Bullshit. That may have been the case real early on. Definitely not now. The vast majority of them will not work for under 200/day. That aint bad money especially tax free. They definitely are not getting taken advantage of.

Here’s another issue 2dog, a lot of these guys have fake papers. Employers do hold out taxes on them. The illegal just never files taxes. So that person is actually paying more taxes than they should due to them not getting a refund. So a lot of them are paying into the tax system. We remove those people, but leave the lazy Americans on government assistance and we are farther upside down than we were.

There has got to be a solution to this problem that won’t be such a burden on Americans. But I have no clue what it is.

IDK. If they work 15 hours a day, 6-7 days a week like abolt. That's doodoo money. That's $13 an hour, not counting OT. According to y'all they do the work of 3 Americans. That's what you call good money?

So you would rather pay higher prices on gas, groceries, guns, corn, and EVERYTHING ELSE YOU BUY… just to ship people out of the country that are doing jobs that Americans WILL NOT DO?

That’s insane. It’s not a “self serving interest”. It’s in the best interest of every American to not interrupt the American economy. How do you people not understand this??

The nation is and was founded on being a nation of laws. We saw what ignoring the law and having two sets of laws will do with the Biden admin. If those folks want to follow the laws, get green cards, work visas and perhaps become legal citizens , great. It took years to get here, it's not gonna be easy to clean up. Giving someone a pass on illegal activity because we want cheap labor is wrong. There's a process and legal way , let's use it. I can't believe this is even debatable .

Someone please offer a solution to the problem that won’t cause a major recession in our economy. And I mean one that the powers to be will do. Licking people off of government assistance on a large scale is not going to happen and it will not put skilled labor in the work force anyway.

How do you know they won't do that job? Who did that job before an illegal took an Americans place?
