So breaking a civil law is different from a federal law as far as integrity goes? Both are wrong. That civil matter argument would not apply there. I bet you never take advantage of the tax code for small businesses either do you?



Ask a trooper why they let you drive 75 in 70 and why they haul your ass to jail for a felony. As for me, I can honestly say that I did everything by the law and tax codes. Not only did I pay a self employed business tax, I also paid into SS and matched my employees withholdings. I had ZERO 1099 or cash employee's. So I have no use for an illegal getting SS benefits that doesn't pay into it. And when you have a reputable accounting firm doing your taxes, you damn right it's by the tax code set by the IRS.
