It's absolutely ridiculous. I've got one that is 10-15 minutes late every day, not occasionally, every friggin day. But, he's there every day. I think he's missed 2 days of work in 3 yrs. He's slow and he had a couple of screw ups that cost me about $10k out of pocket last year but he's there every day.

I have another that apparently has IBS and has to chit about a dozen times a day. All I can do to reduce the unproductive time is restrict cell phones in the chitter. It doesn't cut down on how many times he goes but it greatly reduced the time of each visit.
