How could we go about getting rifle season extended till the end of February. That would give us more time to shoot a few more does and help to keep the population from getting out of control. Maybe we could also get a bonus buck tag that could be used in the 18 days of extended season. If that is what you want, I'd suggest the following: Bow season opens as usual. Primitive muzzle loader (no scopes, no in-lines) from Nov 15th through Nov 30th. Season is closed completely from Dec 1 through Jan 15th. Gun season opens on Jan 15th and closes on Feb 28th. 2 buck limit with the rifle and no does can be killed with rifles after Jan 31st. Other than the rifle limits, no season limits on does or bucks.
