There's some out there that will work and they possess a superpower compared to their peers. They can work anywhere and about name their price. I tell my son and daughter this all the time, if they will do their job, be on time, and not complain, they will never have a lack for a job and will always make decent money. Good advice. I’ve preached the same to mine. Both are electrician apprentices with aspirations of having their own businesses someday. I know they’re tired of hearing it, but I’ve told them to answer their phones, return messages, and be there when you say you’re gonna be there. The ones that do this don’t have to hunt for work. If they won’t do it, someone else will, and that’s who will succeed.
