I have heard that it helps to cut the hide, so it's easier to get to the meat.

I have heard that it helps to cut the hide, so it's easier to get to the meat. I always basically gutted them - they'd be gone pretty quickly.

Cut it open. Put some corn and molasses on it. Got to sweetin it up! Then other hogs will eat it. they'll eat it anyway one the hair slips. I've eat a few thousand myself without issues or complaints from the thousands of people who helped eatem
