Just had some Pine thinning done & Looking to keep a few of the rows clean for shooting lanes. What is the preferred herbicide to keep the weeds/brush low without harming the pines? Thanks

Depends on what’s there/what you want to control. Glyphosate, Triclopyr.

"Cull" is just another four letter word...

May be something better out there now, but Arsenal used to be the go to for killing hardwood scrub, sweet gums and junk that normally sprouts up and begins to take over after a thinning. It's safe for use with Pines.

I’d go hard on sweetgum with an appropriate herbicide then use fire every couple of years.
