If your like me and you’ve been interested in trapping but you don’t know anyone who does it or don’t feel comfortable watching a few You Tube videos and doing it yourself, I can’t recommend the trapping workshops that the state puts on enough. This past weekend I took the class down here at 5 Rivers in Spanish Fort and it was great. Mike Sievering really knows his stuff. I was fortunate enough to go with him and one of the local wardens to the Lillian Swamps and run line. We put out a little bit of everything. We caught 2 coons and a beaver but more importantly I now have the know how and confidence to really take it to the critters on my place. The class is only $10 and well worth it!
