I give zero shits. Burn it down. I don't believe shit the media says. It's always got an angle and that angle will be to hurt America. Government is too big. Clean house. I don't care who makes the cuts, or who they cut. Simply don't give a damn.
There are some I'd like to see cut more than others. But everyone who does get cut will tell you they were essential and had done nothing wrong. 2/3 of them are lying. The other 1/3 are twisting the truth.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

The medias job is to ally the base and they’re working overtime.
Some that were fired were called back in
I read one report that most of the fired are from the over bloated upper positions and not he actually workers that matter for the job at hand. Guess they had all those multi-degree d folks to find positions for.

We do very much need to cut the size of government. Firing working people is not the way to do it. People going to work every day are not the problem. I don't think you understand the size of the problem. Most people have never looked at the numbers. 20 million gov employees 130 million private sector employees Total individual income tax collected (including gov employees) = $2.2 Trillion + corporate tax = $2.3 trillion = $4.5 trillion total Gov employees cost the US = $3.3 TRILLION per year. (Salary + Benefits + Pensions (only) = no perks, travel, lodging, food, etc) ---------------------------------- How much do all gov employees cost? Chat GPT The total cost of government employees in the U.S., including salaries, benefits, and pensions, is substantial. Here's an estimate based on federal, state, and local employment data: Step 1: Total Government Employees Federal: ~2.9 million civilian employees State & Local: ~17 million employees Total: ~20 million government employees Step 2: Salary Costs Federal: Average salary ~$95,000 → $275 billion State & Local: Average salary ~$70,000 → $1.19 trillion Total Salary Cost: ~$1.46 trillion Step 3: Benefits (Healthcare, Paid Leave, etc.) Benefits typically add ~40% to salary costs. Total Benefits Cost: ~$580 billion Step 4: Pension Costs Public pension liabilities (state & local) require ~$1 trillion per year in funding. Federal pensions add ~$250 billion per year. Total Pension Cost: ~$1.25 trillion Step 5: Grand Total (Salary + Benefits + Pensions) 💰 Estimated total cost: ~$3.3 trillion per year

One of the guys that owned a company that had 90 or so dozer plus support equipment took it all home and sold it off. His company employed 300 or so well paying jobs. A guy I know is good friends with that fellow. He didn’t need any more money he just liked working and providing for others. He’s set and those 300 hundred workers lost out. Most went to Texas he said. You’d know the guy I know. He was in logging and then trucking business along with other opportunities. He just plays these days, has a D6 to play with he needs things done around his place.

The government should not be the biggest employer in the country. This is long past due.

If Elon is an “employee” he can’t work for free. It’s illegal. As an employee you cannot do work and not be paid in the federal govt.
He can most likely be considered a volunteer on paper. He probably has his clearance due to Space X stuff.

I was just using fed income tax to show how big the total bill is for gov employees is in the US.
