I can say that with absolute certainty. It is a custom rifle almost certainly built by Travis Stevens, TS Customs in South Dakota. The stock is his KS1 adjustable stock, which I think is made by AG Composites outside Huntsville. I might be wrong about who makes it, but I know that stock well and I know the action even better. It is an Impact Precision nbk action with a Benchmark carbon fiber barrel. Gunwerks bipod. If you want one just like it, I might know a guy…
