Plus some Camp eats from last night. Had some chili dogs few days ago with some Johnsonville chili cheese sausages. I always (well if cook on grill) put my chili & cheese on and stick on grill and let melt, then put my other stuff on and stick back on to melt cheese again. That night was candied jalapeños & candied jalapeño relish and more cheese. Nxt night i done up some Smoked chicken jalapeño sausage, Boudin, and some jalapeño n cheese Johnsonville sausages. Now figured i'd just throw in the food i cooked at camp last night. Done a Cornbread stuffed Turducken (saved the Boudin one for when my oldest son comes up) some smoked Boudin and Pepper n cheese Deer sausage. I done the Turducken on my Smoker instead of the oven, and i smoked it first, then wrapped and got it up to Temp. The instructions call for (one's I've done) wrapping in oven for a few hours then cook uncovered for 15 mins, it took double the time on the Smoker, but better that way to me anyhow
