Three point win - stimulate the economy, appease the masses, and make the democrats look stupid for fighting against it. They would be put in a position of fighting against the .gov giving the citizens back the $ they stole from them. This. While I’d rather see it go towards the dept. this will poke a sharp stick in the libs eyes.
