Iam looking at getting into saddle hunting for next season. Currently using a summit climber. Doing some research and it looks like xop and tethered are good brands. Anyone have experience with those or any others that they recommend?

Check out latitude outdoors' saddles. I have the method2 and have found it pretty comfortable and lots of adjustments. its a two panel saddle, I let the upper panel ride up above my belt line like a back support. this was the first year that I hunted exclusively out of the saddle and have really enjoyed it. They have two newer saddles as well that seem to have pretty good reviews.
Also, the Cruzr saddles are a very popular saddle that people tend to recommend alot.

Definitely give CGM a look. Small, veteran owned company. You can call Jerry on the phone and tell him exactly what you're looking for. I got their expandable 2 panel and it's like sitting in a recliner.

I’m in a similar situation and have a few buddies recommending the Buzzards Roost setup. Looks nice and has a big following. I’m still doing my research and hope to try a couple this summer.

I hated the tethrd saddles that I tried. I have the latitude 2 panel and like it a lot and my brother has the Cruzr and it’s real comfortable

I have the tethrd phantom and really like it. You have to find out what works best for you. I would try some different ones out. Typically there are several saddle companies that come to the World Deer Expo in Birmingham and allow you to try them out during the show. Most of them have 3rd party attachments that help to make it more comfortable as well. Take your time doing research and figure out what you like best because it is an investment.

I got into it this year with the latitude maverick, it was the cheapest I could find with good reviews. I found it semi comfortable, less than 3hr sit. I am thinking about going with another one for longer sits. Hear good things about the buzzard roost, cruzr and other latitude models.
Another thought is to add a spreader to the bridge and see if that helps with hip pinch.

My hunts are 4hrs minimum and typically all day minus a quick run to another spot or the truck for a quick hot meal. I cannot and will not sit in a saddle that long not an all day thing for old guys and bad knees. I'm gonna use the XOP Holiday Harness this coming year with my loc-ons. I'll be comfy and able to shoot backdoor as well with that set-up. My Millennium M7 is plenty light enough to run around the mountains if I wanna play the mobile games. Oh, the holiday is cheap too.
