I wish they would repeal the no bow hunting in Tuscaloosa/Northport city limits. Where I live we have plenty of deer that would be easy to take with a bow but sadly I live within Northport city limits. Anyone else feel this pain lol

Unless it's a lot of acreage you have access to, a wounded deer on someone else's property could turn into a chit show...

Yea, one bloody deer can cause an uproar. We have elk or deer show up in town locally with an arrow in them at least once a year.

Only high percentage shots and start loading freezers. Screw that dem mayor down there. My land, my choice.

Huntsville city limits has produced some big deer. Neighbors feed them.

Friend of mine was bow hunting 14 acres in Michigan next to a subdivision, heavy snow on the ground. He sticks arrow in one and it runs towards neighborhood trailing blood along the way. Falls in a yard and is flopping around blood everywhere. He pulls out knife and starts stabbing it. Looks up to see family in house watching it all. Him and his buddy get truck and scoop it up and go. Bet that was a sight to see!

And a good story to tell!
