Our club had our annual end of season trail ride where everyone loads up on ATV/SXS and we spend the day riding the property. Stopping frequently for breaks and lunch at whatever food plot we happen to be at. Always a good time!

Afterwards it’s dinner time. Before hitting the trail I made an olive oil marinade for my double bone porkchop. Soaked for about 6hrs then brought to room temp.


Of course, gotta have an app and grilled conecuh always hits the spot!

Put on grill for about 10 min per side. Let it rest then with a side of broccoli/cheese rice. Paired nicely with a Chardonnay. Drizzled some Bodacious strawberry balsamic vinegar.

Finished off meal with a couple of tiny cupcakes from GiGi’s and cold milk.

Man that’s good times right there. We did the same thing this past weekend. We put some miles on and saw a lot of territory drank a lot of beer and ate some fine food
