Many restaurants expanded their take-out biz bigly during covid and found a new revenue stream. Has nothing to do with how they run their sit down business. For instance; we get take out from Texas Roadhouse (pretty good steak at a fair price) frequently and the restaurant has a line outside. They have at least 6-8 take out spots in back. Pull up; they bring your food out at the time the app says it will be ready. Great system.
