ts1979flh OP 10 point Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 3,411 Moulton	I used the W sauce for a binder on the tri tip. Coated it with Cavinders and some Dan-o's Primo seasoning. Cooked it at 250 until the internal hit 120. The wife handled the sides. Both the okra and purple hull peas were some we had put up from last summer. The beef was great, but I about hurt myself on the sides.
