Use to have yards full of them after a bug front here in south MS, havnt seen one now in several winters. Yeah you know haven't seen many here in long time either! But had good many show up in last few days
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

Use to have yards full of them after a bug front here in south MS, havnt seen one now in several winters. Yeah you know haven't seen many here in long time either! But had good many show up in last few days Me too, I thought it was kinda strange, so I made the wife look out the window at them too, because every bird I seen was a robin scattered everywhere out in the yard....The must be herding up or something... 
Did you know that Beer Nutz are over a Dollar...and Deer Nutz are under a Buck...

When we were in high school, we would kill a bunch of robins and take them to my grandmother’s house and she would cook them. For years she thought they were doves. They were good. My grandaddy growed up in a house with dirt for floors durin the depression..you ever heard of yard bird soup..pawpaw kilt j birds, woodpeckers, killdees..robins..put it in a pot with carrots an taters...they eat their mule so they didnt starve. He was walkin death with a flip…he had a hard life. He said killdee was the best eatin bird they was..an a crow is the worst.
