My first thought is that is something my grandkid might eat. I know its not, but it ought to be perfectly legal to throw them on the floor and beat the shit out of them on the spot. We've got to get back to punishments that are true deterrents. It may not stop everyone from doing it, but it would stop her from doing it again.
