Condition yellow just means being aware of your surroundings orange means a specific threat red means dealing with that threat. Individuals are amazing but people in general are idiots (see the Democratic voting base.) Add in a social setting a sporting event alcohol and you understand why I carry. I think everyone should get professional training and carry whatever your comfortable with.
