Cheesy? It came from hr@opm.gov, what other letterhead/endorsement do you need? Looks like a pretty simple email that could be responded to in less than 5 minutes, I know the concept of simple is hard for the govt bureaucracy to understand. I have to enter detailed time tracking for everything I do, it's a sad state of affairs when govt employees whine about this.
