I haven't tried all on your list, but the top 2 of those for me is Full Moon and Golden Rule.
If you ever decide to go get some great BBQ, it just across the Kansas Line in Kansas City Ks. at Fiorella's Jack Stack BBQ or at Olatha Ks. at Joe's Kansas City BBQ. Get burnt ends at either place and the Z Man at Joe's is something to write home about. It's almost worth the drive out there. Definitely worth the drive if you're within a 100 mile radius of either place. Now you talkin, Jack Stacks!, In Gladstone there is a place called the Original Smokehouse, top notch burnt ends

Johnny Ray's was reasonably good for a couple of decades. Went downhill and stayed there. A lot of those places survived on their early reputations for way too long. Case in point- Green Top. Since about 1990, I woudn't pay to set foot in the pace.. It was a beer joint that happened to sell wretched BBQ. I never went in there day or night that there wasn't at least one staggering drunk.
Used to be a lifeguard, until that blue kid got me fired.

What's the place in Leeds? Up on the hill on 78. Rustys? Decent

I haven’t found any good bbq in the gump or surrounding that I would really compare to saw’s, Archie’s or original Dreamland back in the day. Montgomery BBQ is pathetic. I don't understand how there isn't one decent option I agree. The closest I can think of is Jim's in Billingsley on 82. You can also go on to Selma and get the best around at Lannie's though.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Drive 30 mins to the Tophat in Blountsprings. Yep. Tophat has changed owners but I hear the bbq hasn't changed. I stopped at Tophat on my way home after just getting back from Iraq.

Is the Greentop near Jasper still open? Used to be good. Have not been there in 30 years.
