Good attempt WB. Next time place shells on a pan full of rock salt then put the oysters in when the salt starts to glow. Put cheese mixture on top then burn with propane torch. Takes about thirty seconds to cook a perfect oyster. Keep filling the two dozen shells until the gallon of unwashed oysters are gone.

Itβs a whole lot cheaper that way and you canβt taste em anyway with all that horseradish on em. Bill squirt some clarified butter in em as they cook next time.
