Mistake having a freshman (Philon) trying in inbound the ball at the end and wound up with a shot clock violation to give Tennessee the ball for the last shot. Why didn’t he just call time out? Oates is taking responsibility for that. He said he is supposed to call it and just thought the ball would be inbounded in time. Smart to have the coach keep up with it instead of the player (when the coach does it, I guess.)
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
