Drop a few links for the motor and some of the other components for me if you don’t mind. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while The guy who runs this business is named John Lange. He has a YouTube channel under the name JohnnyNerdout . He’s got hundreds of videos about how to convert these things and what the differences are between certain motors and components. You can also use: BafangUSAdirect.com https://lunacycle.com/I bought my last motor from Luna but they program theiR motors a little differently. Their “Hotrod” program makes the motor 100% output all the time even if the power is on zero. I know a friend who with a programming cable and we turned that off using a laptop.
