Just needs a little TLC. Nothing that cant be fixed with a little: fiberglass cloth (mat), polyester resin, gelcoat, paint, clearcoat, new core material for added strength and buoyancy, along with a few additional components like fillers, fairing compounds, specialized adhesives, wiring, circuitry, steering cables, controls, bilges, aerators, electronics, seats, bunch of stainless steel pipe, hardtop, cabin glass, rod holders, outriggers, cushions, fuel lines, ........................................... and last but not least, dont forget the fire extinguisher.

You get the picture. One good guy could have that thing running 40 past the sea buoy, jumping big rollers, headed west to the timber holes on the way to the Ram Powell, in just a week or two, if he was real motivated and willing to work real hard.
