Europe has spent more money buying Russian Oil than they have spent in the Ukraine fighting the Russians.
The whole thing is not real. It's a money laundering scheme.
The United States started this War when Obama staged a Coup and overthrew the Pro-Russian Ukrainian Government. Then subsequently ran around Eastern Europe during the Biden Admin hollering about letting Ukraine into NATO.
Those are the FACTS.
I said from Day 1.... This is going to end with the United States losing a bunch of Money. Putin isn't trying to take over Eastern Europe. He was in control of Ukraine the whole time by Proxy just like Belarus. We would not allow him to take over Mexico and put Weapons all in Mexico aimed at the United States. Why does anyone who is not a slobbering window licking 4th grader think we can go across the World and do something like that?

Comparing the aftermath of 911 to the war between Ukraine and Russian is kind of comparing apples to oranges. I see your point but IMO it is not the same. Also, no specific country invoked article 5. NATO did, and for good reason. They have all had bloodshed from radical Islamic terrorists within their own borders. Also, there were so many mistakes made on the war on terror that if anything, it should be a reminder of what NOT to get involved in.

We were all Cold War kids so I'm giving him a pass.... they taught us from Birth to be ready to fight Russia as we were hiding under our school desks in case we got nuked.
But things change. We aren't living in that world anymore.
We hate them because they are Communist? Sort of like the Chinese? Right? The Chinese are screwing with Taiwan and creating a world wide network of military bases. Putin said he's love to see Russia as powerful as the old Soviet Union.
What's the difference?
Everything at Wal Marks has "Made in China" written on it. That's the only difference I can see. That... and if we lost California in the aftermath of some War we'd probably want someone else to keep it.
Ukraine is Russia. It's the Birthplace of Russia as a Country.

Am I still crazy for wanting Z to step aside and letting a diplomat take over now that peace is near? Putin is an evil man. Anyone that disagrees with that is the one that needs to have their heads examined. I want them to come out of this looking like the loser, but more than anything, I want the killing stopped. I am a pragmatic person so I think that Russia will end up with some of the territory it invaded, but not the whole country like Putin wants.
Again, I don't view this as the U.S. needs to be all in for either side. I don't think Trump does either. I think he has said as much as that. That is how you bring about peace.
I think Z was what Ukraine needed at the start but he has shot his wad. Great leader at the start but failing miserably as a diplomat to end this. He needs to go. As much as I don't like saying this, if he is not willing to give concessions, then it is time for us to walk away. That will lead to just many more lives lost over there. This has to end or we will be looking at WWIII. Z being a "great leader at the start"...that's laughable! Objectively, the entire international community expected Ukraine to fall within 3 days during the initial invasion. Not only is it standing 3 years later, but he didn’t flee when I’m certain the vast majority of those in his shoes would have. By no means am I saying he’s their best shot at the moment, but you have to at least give him credit where credit is due. He is an actor and he's been doing just that, acting.

If you werent here, you can probably find the speech on youtube. So, then we went to the desert and faught for 20 yrs, right? Did we kill all the terrorists? No, we didnt kill them. We gave them a country after they killed thousands more of us. We gave them billions of dollars worth of our weapons, which they are now using to kill us and selling on the black market. And we pay them tens of millions of dollars every month and help them grow the poppys we forced them to grow to make heroin out of, that has also killed millions of us. I cant even believe you brought up that farse to prove anything. But, since you did, looking back, did anyone really help us? I dont think so.
