Timber company paid surveyor to come in and remark line at the back of their yard and they took all signs down and burnt the paint off the trees with a torch. I understand not wanting to see paint in your backyard but….it is the property line

Buy 3 inch aluminum nails and leave about 1-2 inches of the nail sticking out to allow the tree to grow. ParrotHead89 10 point P Joined: Aug 2016 Posts: 3,462 IN	I carry a step ladder and put mine up out of reach. I also use gutter nails. I drive them into tree couple inches and then there is nice gap in back. If not they will pop off in couple years as the tree grows. Learned that one the hard way.
