Trump should have taken a cue from Ronald Reagan and called on citizens to call their Dem Senators and Reps and tell them to vote to make his tax cuts permanent . He almost got there but fell short. Little bit of history , when the Gipper did it , the Capital phones crashed the next morning and most Dems voted for his economic plan and the rest is history.

As one of his biggest critics the past 8 years I thought it was one of the greatest addresses of my life. I never thought I'd see this day but this president is intent on restoring this nation to its proper place in the world and in giving government back to the people. That's the most focused and on point I've ever seen Trump and I have hope that God continues to work through him for our benefit.

Roughly 3 out of 4 people approved/ had positive thoughts about last nights speech.
