Glock switches are already illegal at the federal level under the NFA. A State law does nothing except make people feel good. Criminals don't care.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Glock switches are already illegal as they will enable a semi automatic to fire more than one shot per trigger pull. The bill sounds more like it's steered towards binary triggers. However, the verbiage in that is odd...the manual reloading part makes me ponder the intent of the bill This certainly sounds like they could come for binary triggers too. It says one shot per trigger pull. Some democratic judge could certainly look at this hard.
