Serviced the tractor and hooked the sprayer up. Will spray gly as soon as it dries out a little.
Then about 15 hours with the disk getting ready to plant.
Seems like the season just went out.

Where do you get your clearfield seeds? Do you spray anything other than beyond once the plants start establishing?

I spray Section 3 for grass and Plateau for broadleafs when the plants are a few weeks old Interested note. Just found out the co-op I use will now add pre emerge to the fertilize when they mix it at no extra charge. Big time saver.

I read you could apply dual mag and plant into it but was hesitant. I have been using Framework which is Prowl H2O before they got bought out My Co-Op guy is using something new this year. Can’t remember the name but it’s safe for sunflowers and corn I’ll get the name and post it

Any chance one of you more experienced will post a step by step? I am going to do some Strips in my hay field this year for a fund raiser for our band and could use some tips. I tied last year but my millet never came up due to the drought, was going to just drill millet this year? Is there a better way?

I love tractor time, but 15 HOURS discing? I’d definitely recommend looking at a no till planter. I spend zero hours discing and have great stands of corn etc with a fairly economical JD 7100 planter.
