Shouldn’t a police call involve a “quick check” of someone’s record?
Is that not doable?
If a man is 70 and never been in ANY trouble then certainly he deserves some leeway, until a crime has been proven. Tend to agree. I have no idea if the man’s telling the truth or not, but I question the need for an aggressive takedown maneuver for someone that age. Could understand if he was putting up a fight & resisting. Also, I think it’s piss poor for of them not letting him go to the restroom while in custody. Why is no one inspecting the jails? That’s typically a part of a grand jury’s job & happens a few times a year, so I thought
