To the chefs and grill masters?????? Food for my parents 88-87 yrs I’m in the process of trying to cook for a few days of food. Grilling is best for me. Crock pot works also. Burgers chicken lasagna steak roast chops even a butt every now and then. With left overs how do you go about keeping it as fresh tasting as possible, not drying out. I may do a cooking of several items and freeze for when needed. Thank master chefs and grill jockeys.

Freeze it in Vacuum Sealed bags and reheat it with a sous vide.
Gets it back to a temperature and keeps it there without drying it out.
That will work for most of your grilled or smoked items.
I'm not sure about lasagna or pastas working in this way.

lasagna and pastas are great reheating with this method.

Make a jambalaya with leftovers, trow it in a pot and add rice & hot sauce
