Sauté half an onion until translucent in some butter Add in 2-3 cloves of garlic and sauté for another minute Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 1/2 cup chicken broth and stir to mix in tomato paste Add in 12oz pack pack crawfish tails Add in 16oz heavy cream Add in 1 cup Parmesan cheese, splash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and any other you want to your preference level Simmer for about 15 minutes until sauce has reduced and thickened.
