The ELs came in yesterday, they appear to be as advertised. Used them at dusk yesterday evening, bright, clear, focus fast, feel good in my hands. They won't really get a good workout until November. I prefer to keep mine in a chest rig, I used a cheap one for years but finally broke down and got a nice one before our Alaska trip last year and I wish I had done it sooner. I find I use them more because its so easy to access them, I also have my rangefinder in a pouch attached to it. plus its nice to have a place I can tuck my phone into and carry a few small things with (I keep my release in mine so I always have it with me when I hunt).
