I am a Rep for Deadair so I am kind of biased, lol. Our Lazarus Can is amazing for 556. It's actually a 6mm can but was designed for 556. It really makes changing recoil springs and adjustable gas blocks not necessary. It has about 60% less back pressure and the tone is awesome. Our new Sandman X is a Tank and will handle all the full auto and hard use AR platforms.
If you want something for a bolt or basic AR use look at the Nomad XC. Its light short and has a great tone.

James What would describe as basic AR use? I have the Nomad XC and I love it on my bolt guns. I am, however, gun shy to use it on my AR because sometimes I get a little wild and will shoot fast. I have noticed on my 7mm08 that it will get hot hot fast but will also cool off just as quick.
