I dropped 30 lbs in about 3 months.

Limit your sugar, no bread, no taters (maybe 5-6 fries), zero vegetables. I have had one salad since September.

Lots of meat, eggs, and cheese. Eggs fried in butter or tallow. Only maple syrup for sweetener.

I am down about 100 lbs from my start. First 50 came from portion control. Next 20 came from reducing carbs. I hovered at 245-250 for over a year, then decided to get serious. I stopped eating vegetables and eliminated almost 100% of seed oils.

That was an unbelievable difference. I feel better, sleep better, less inflammation, less joint pain.

Typical day is a square of casserole that I make with eggs, cheese, whole milk plain yogurt, and pork sausage as a snack about 10 AM. Main meal around 4-5. Some days it's 8-10 naked wings, some days it's a huge cheeseburger, no bun, mustard only. Some days it's a steak fried in butter or tallow, with melted butter on it. Any of these might be accompanied by a couple of fried eggs. Only "vegetables" I ever eat any more are fermented pickles.

Other than a bourbon drink occasionally, my liquid intake is black coffee or water with lemon and Celtic sea salt.

Other than typical old age aches and pains, I feel better than I have in years.
