He was wearing camouflage and filming the person with the shotgun. If that’s not taking part in the hunt , I don’t know what is. Also, he’s making his living off taxpayers public land. Least he could do is buy a dang license. This. Other states have similar rules. If you participate in the hunt, you have to buy a license. Glad Mississippi finally clarified it in the regulations last year.
