I get to choose who I use with my UA lease. It’s not much, but I’ll hit ya up for it.

Sounds good. Remember the master policy runs 8/1-8/1 so it renews 8/1/2025 with another premium if you buy mid term. Also if you pick up another tract but are still under 2000 acres you don’t pay another premium. So if you lease 800 acres on 8/1/2025 with new policy, and pick up another 1000 acres in AL or another state on 9/1/2025, you just send me the information on the additional land and owner in any state and carrier endorses the policy to add the additional tract. You still only pay $247.62 up to 2000 acres. That’s the best part and it’s truly up to 2000 acres for $247.62 .
