If you find a 7x57, try the PPU Rifle Line 139 gr ammo. It is very reasonably priced at Midway and my Ruger 77 tang safety gun shoots them better that anything I can load so far. I bought 2 boxes just to get the brass but stumbled on them. Good advice from AU338MAG on the Mark X rifles. They are a good shooter.
Remember: It aint what you shoot...it's how you shoot it.
