Mrs. Irish was on top of the homemade olive oil French fries and I took a leftover roast and sliced it thin, threw it in a skillet and added some brown gravy mix (Yes... I used a mix. Don't hate.) and sauteed all that together until the slices were tender, then added some shredded cheese and served it on soft, grilled, buttered buns. Arby's ain't got nothin' on the Irish's...
