No kidding. That thicket sure does hold good bucks though. Problem is that the understory is clearing up and I need to get more cover in there.

Remedy in diesel as a basal application if not too large in diameter

Hack and squirt triclopyr 3. Undiluted, 0.5ml per squirt. Generic 2.5 gal is fairly affordable and should last a while. Enjoy nature, and remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

I haven't done it yet, but I am going to try the drill and spray on my patch. I assume the bigger the bit the better?

When I used drill/fill with a trigger spray bottle, I used a 3/8” auger bit in a 1/4 impact. Nozzle fit the hole perfectly.

However, I went back to a hatchet. Faster and easier. No need to worry about extra batteries etc. I use the Fiskars hatchet but other like the Eastwing.
