Them dude’s must have a money tree somewhere, they still digging up that island looking for the buried treasure

I swear it's been going on now for 15 years and all we have are some very old pieces of wood and a few buttons. How hard can it be to find a machine that can dig up the treasure? It's hard to believe the show hasn't been canceled.

Wife and I stopped watching 3 or 4 years ago as it’s the same ridiculous show season after season. Old Papa Smurf the retired mailman and his brother the vineyard owner from Michigan who wear hats to promote their kin’s dental office. Like I’m going to use their kin dentist in Michigan. These guys are NOT the “Fellowship of the Dig” but ARE the “Fellowship of LOSERS”. They let the Canadians and their government spies run the show. Then you have the dingbat with the metal detector going after his “bobby dazzlers “ . All these fools ever find are nails, ox shoes, buttons, broken pottery, and lots of wood. It’s the stupidest show on television and the worst part is they have long season and short hiatus. Seems like last few years they have like a month or two between new seasons. Hate them idiots who need to go home and end the stupid show. Dang I hate that show.

They kill me how they take forever to drill a hole and install casings. Put Brasfield & Gorrie on that island and they’ll either find the treasure or debunk it in a month. Remember when they rebuilt the bridge in Birmingham in record breaking time?

The Boss is addicted to it. I keep asking her why the show doesn't hire Parker Schnabel from Gold Rush. He would have that place excavated in one season. The gadget geek in me does like Emma's toys used to scan objects.

I got an old customer in Pascagoula named Smut. Don’t ask me how he got that name. But Smut and his crew would have found that gold in a week. They can get it done and not spend a fortune doing it.

The Curse of Oak Island is this show that will never go away.

On a side note, wonder how much $, gold, silver was buried during the civil war and the guys who buried it died?
I figure there’s tons of valuables got buried and left, forgotten. Or maybe everybody was poor and didn’t have it to hide in the first place?

Well I will open myself to Aldeer scorn and admit my wife and I have watched it for years. There was something there at some point, who knows what or if it’s already gone. No reason for someone to be building 100+’ deep tunnels in the 1800’s in a place with no minerals.

Nothing wrong with Skinwalker Ranch. Travis Taylor is a genius. Entertaining and informative show. Some weird stuff going on at that ranch.

I’d soon watch Gilligans Island.
