Employee pricing is what read.

I was getting my wife 4 runner serviced and they had a really good looking TRD Tundra pro out front that had 10k off written on the window, I walked over and saw two prices on the sticker, 86k and 81k, hell to the No!

Anyone trusting any news source on what the tariffs will do is easily fooled. I didn't trust the media before. I don't trust them now. They've misled us for decades and all of a sudden now we are gonna believe what they got to say?

Experts have been repeatedly wrong. Hell, the weather men are more accurate.

If you don't think prices are going up, you're mistaken. Mark this post and if I'm wrong give me hell, I hope I am.....

Prices have increased every year as long as I've been breathing. That's not new. It doesn't take the media or experts to tell me that. They may go up. And they will go down. We will see.

If you ever wonder why we can't reign government spending and over reach in, this is why. This is exactly why. Someone who's a load smarter than me and you about these things is trying to do a good thing and he's getting hammered by his enemies and allies for it. That's why we are doomed.

I know this, if you're gonna go into any kind of battle, you'd best make damned sure the ones that say they will support you are true. Because from my point of view, I see a whole bunch of folks who are ready to cut and run when the first difficulty pops up.

Prices on everything will definitely go up. I don't think anyone doubts that. They always have. The money printing will not stop. This is about continued US dominance. Our trade deficit is bigger than it has ever been. This may be a strategic move that causes a little short term pain, with a long term benefit.

I genuinely think the president has the country's best interest in mind, and I just have to trust that he knows what he is doing. beers

When it comes out of our pockets...........it ain't bluffing. This is the largest tax increase we've ever seen, and make no mistake, it's a tax. He will probably negotiate down, but as of now our pocket books are about to take a hit.

Correct

Unless you buy American. Then it doesn't impact you at all. I can do without the Chinese Junk.

The honest truth is ya'll don't know how this is going to shake out. Will you come on here and admit you were wrong if it swings into a big advantage for America? I've read many threads on this site where Manufacturing jobs going overseas was a horrible thing. Now that Trump is trying to bring it all back, you complain incessantly. The honest truth is there is no winning with some. Pain tolerance is zero unless it affects you positively. Oddly enough, that's the exact same stance the welfare and government handout folk have too. Just two sides of the same coin.

It's taken decades for our politicians to sell us out.

There's gonna be some pain for everyone in order to get things back on the right track.

In the long run, we will be better and stronger because of what Trump is doing. He doesn't GAF about the political fallout, which is EXACTLY what we need, and he's the ONLY man with the balls to do it.

So try dumping everything you own not American made and not buying any foreign product for a month. Good luck; hope you don't need an aspirin for the headaches.

Don't take them. I can easily do without foreign goods. Any exceptions to that I'm willing to forgo or pay the price.

Cut and run..

I'm glad that some folks like to buy a new Truck. Won't be me though.

Many of us yearn for a simple reliable Truck without all the BS. Wake me up when they make one.

He’s gonna be walking around nekkid too…..good luck finding any significant amount of clothes and shoes made in America

US made footwear isn't too difficult to find (but you'll pay 2x as much) the clothing is the really tricky part. I have always gone out of my way to buy American made when there is a reasonable option, clothing (other than socks) is one area where there is very little available that isn't very boutique and VERY expensive.
