It's taken decades for our politicians to create this mess and sell out the American people.
The road to correcting this mess will be rough.
Trump is the ONLY man who doesn't GAF about the political fallout and the balls to do WHAT MUST BE DONE.
This chit didn't happen overnight and won't be fixed overnight. There's gonna be some pain along the way but it's gotta happen for our future prosperity as a country. That’s it in a nutshell. Those politicians have been robbing “us” blind. At The same time it could get really tough sooner than later. I’m worried that’ll not play well politically cause we Americana generally are spoiled brats and want the big red easy button for all problems.

Berkshire is still holding cash, waiting on the correction imo.
Yep, just $ 330 Billion + ! I read that's the most cash any company in history has had in reserve . He may buy some huge company soon and /or some HUGE blocks of stocks. Lots of folks don't know they own a bunch of companies outright, I believe the believe the largest is BNSF RR. I've been nibbling on Berk B for a couple of months , already had several shares. Don't know about after today , but I'm up on every purchase. I plan on adding more. He had way more than that sitting in cash 6 months ago. He's been nibbling and buying up some stuff but still sitting on a very large war chest.

As I said earlier, every economist I heard today can't understand why they did this or what calculations they used I'm sure the economists you've been listening to are Keynsian disciples.

CNBC has good financial coverage Yes. And the tariff chart Trumps folks put up Wednesday was a lie. I wouldn’t like it if the Dems did it and I don’t like it now

CNBC. I was right.**********
What’s wrong with CNBC? Just the typical, "anything a democrat politician does, suggests or wants to do, is a brilliant idea" and they propagate the democrat lies as if they are the gospel while anyone with any real integrity and financial sense can see right through the BS. They new good and well that the jobs reports and other economic reports were being fudged for Biden's entire presidency. It was right there if you had half a brain and looked at the supporting details, but did they investigate bring anything up about it, NO. They fully back the Biden administrations absolute lie when they changed the definition of a recession, so that they did not have to admit that their policies were killing America. Meanwhile, any republican, libertarian, or conservative idea or opinion, not just Trump, "will cause a global crisis and crush the American economy". Yeah, the coverage is great. They have idiots like Kramer and others on there running their mouths all the time. The full time tickers, charts and graphs are nice but their commentators have never impressed me in the least.

John Kernen is a huge Trump fan. They always strike me as middle of the road. They have some nut cases and they have people I respect. Nothing wrong with listening to a different opinion

You mean to tell me these are the people you are listening to? CNBC/Morgan Stanley BidenomicsYeah… I’d say if they think these tariffs are a bad thing then we are in damn good shape. The economy is more than the stock market. The stock market is one indicator but it doesn’t tell the whole story. I think it’s best we all take Fred’s advice and sit back and see what happens. The “experts” tend to be wrong the vast majority of the time when it comes to anything Trump related.

It actually grew about 2.5% so yeah, they were wrong.

That's when Powell will step in I think. Trump will either go down in history as the man who fixed the trade deficit or the man who created a worldwide recession. I hope he fixes it.
