A big correction is needed. A normal part of the process.

Boy I wish I had some extra money, a lot of it, to buy, buy, buy right now. Buy low and sell high is going to make some people a ton of money.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

If you had a Hundred Grand to play with, where would you put it? I spent a Hundred Grand on a depreciating asset last week because everything fun is crazy expensive however, you can't take it with you. But, if I want to leave some for my grandkids, where should I invest right now?

Bingo. What we have seen since the tariff announcements is really a kind of inflation check. Now the Fed will probably cut rates and we will inflate right back up.

If the Tariff game starts working , Congress makes Trumps tax cuts permanent and fed makes a little cut , the market will cause whiplash. BTW, 228,000 jobs were added last month.

I'd Blue Chip most of it, probably 75% or so then speculate the other 25%. Since I don't have that type money I really haven't thought about the specific stocks. I wish I did because some people are going to make some serious cash from this.

Real Estate...in some shape, form, or fashion.
My market investments are volatile and currently down.
My real estate investments are stabile, producing income and are up. Multifamily, strategic flips, and some private lending.

Berkshire Hathaway Class B shares , ( AKA Baby Berk) ticker symbol BRK.B.

Or Class A shares , BRK.A, but they're about $750,000 a share now.

Multifamily has my attention. I have an acquaintance that has built several Quadplexes and they are staying leased. They aren't cheap either

I kinda wish he had started with China and maybe everyone else would have fallen in line. At any rate, the market always over reacts. I say every time this happens I’m going to T-Bills and CDs. I’m too old for this. Lol
