I rented a "full size" pickup on a business trip a few years ago, around 2023. They gave me a Tundra. I put about 500 miles on it over 3 days, and hated every mile. Possibly the most uncomfortable truck seat I ever tried.

If I won one in a contest, I would sell it.

I've heard that, particularly about the Tacomas, but never really about the Tundra. A lot of folks buy aftermarket seat risers that raise the front of the seats an inch or two, to put them at a more comfortable angle


I hated my Tacoma for this very reason. I ended up selling it on here. The most uncomfortable vehicle for a long trip that I have ever had. My Nissan Frontier and Ford Ranger both were way more comfortable and just as reliable. So is my 2018 Ram, but even more so.
