ShootemupTex OP Went Ass First Joined: Dec 2021 Posts: 779 Alabaster	My friend's 11-year-old son had an archery accident. I don't know all the details, but they say it was a ricochet. If someone wants to screenshot or PM me for a still, it's pretty amazing. The arrow somehow missed anything important, the brain, eyes, major vessels and nerves. He is out of surgery and expected to be fine. His Dad is a former corpsman, runs a boxing MMA gym, keeps a lot of kids out of trouble, and a good dude. If anyone feels inclined to donate, I know he will appreciate it. With the latest technology in arrows and broad heads , and after seeing the devastating effects they have on deer I fear being hit by an arrow just about as much as a bullet, maybe even more so. I see the impact on a deer and they darn near bleed out before they can get out of a food plot... blood gushing out like a faucet. I imagine a person getting hit ... seconds to live.
