I was thinking the striper boat was in a much narrower part of the lake, but by that video that was false. They guy that hit him better get a good lawyer

I suspect that you are correct. I would guess that he will be charged with a criminal offense such as involuntary manslaughter - which WHEN convicted, will lead to a civil suit.

All this guy had to do was take 1 minute more time and go north of that cut. Plain and simple. 3 people dead. 2 destroyed boats. A 22 year old anglers life is ruined. All over a dang fish
