SouthBamaSlayer OP Gary's Fluffer S Joined: Aug 2014 Posts: 14,362 Mobile, AL	Made some fresh sourdough bread this weekend and wanted to try something new with a backstrap I had in the freezer. I sous vide cooked it on 125 for 3 hours, let cool, then seared in a cast iron. Sliced it thin and then served on sourdough with melted provolone, sautéed onions, kinder’s garlic sauce, and some arugula/spinach. I’ll definitely do it again.
